MONEY. Today in the U.S. House of Representatives, a new plan to overhaul the United States’ healthcare system will include a 5.4% surtax on those making $1 million or more a year. My recent frolicking with the wondrous poverty-level percent of our nation’s population has led me to the opinion to “tax those muther f-ers.” Regardless of circumstances, I do not see the problem with an increase in tax to those who more than likely (at least, hopefully) would not feel the effect of losing a bit of extra money.
